WordPress hosting, maintenance & development

Ask your WordPress website anything from Claude, Grok or ChatGPT.

Havn gives your WordPress site a modern home. We host it, keep it updated and secure, and connect it to Claude, Grok or ChatGPT so you can ask it questions. How is traffic, what is out of date, what sold this month. If something needs changing, our developers change it.

Claude+
Is anything on the site out of date?
Claude
Two things. Your About page still says six people, and the contact page gives opening hours of 8am to 6pm, which your Google listing no longer matches.
Can someone sort both of those?
Sent to the Wrev team as one job. They will come back with a fixed price before anything starts.See the request →

Grok+
How did the site do this week?
Grok
A good week. 412 visitors, up 18% on last week. Your Heavy-Duty Hinge Kit page was the most viewed, and most traffic came from Google search. Want ideas for what to write next?
What should I write more of?
Guides. Your two how-to posts brought in a third of your search traffic. Your Hinge Kit page gets the most visitors and has not changed since March.

ChatGPT +
What does the contact page say about opening hours?
ChatGPT
It says Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm, and the footer says the same. Both were last edited in March.
We close at 5 now. Get it changed everywhere.

Everything in one place

Run your whole website from your AI

Traffic, sales, what every page says, and the changes you want made. Ask about any of it and it answers from the actual site. Say what needs doing and it goes straight to our developers as a job.

How it is doing

Traffic, top pages, where people came from, and what to write next. Answered from your real numbers, not a dashboard you have to decode.

What it reads

  • Your traffic, straight from Google Analytics
  • Where visitors come from and what they read
  • Every page and post, with dates
How did the site do this week?

412 visitors, up 18% on last week. Your Heavy-Duty Hinge Kit page was the most viewed, and most of the traffic came from Google search.

What should I write more of?

Guides. Your two how-to posts brought in a third of your search traffic this month, and people who read them look at twice as many pages.

Which pages nobody ever sees?

Six pages had under ten visits this year: the old Events page, three case studies from 2021, Careers, and the Christmas opening hours post.

Your shop

Ask the shop directly. What sold, what is running low, and what people look at but never buy.

What it reads

  • WooCommerce orders and products
  • Stock levels
  • Product page views against orders
What actually sold last month?

128 orders, £9,640. The Pro Bundle was the best seller with 41 orders, and Tuesday was your busiest day.

Is anything running low?

Two products. The 50mm Hinge Kit has 4 left and sells about 6 a week, and the black Wall Bracket is down to 2.

Which products get looked at but never bought?

The Deluxe Kit: 310 views, 3 orders. It is the only product without a photo of it in use, and the price is below the fold.

Keeping it running

The things that go wrong quietly. Is the site up, is the form working, and does it still say what it should.

What it reads

  • Uptime and speed checks
  • Contact form submissions
  • Every page and what it says, with edit dates
Was the site down at all last month?

No. Up the whole month, and the slowest page loads in 1.4 seconds. The last blip was three minutes in March, when the server restarted for an update.

Is the contact form working?

Yes. Eleven messages came through this week, the last one 40 minutes ago, and all of them reached hello@yourcompany.co.uk.

Are we still saying we open at 8?

Yes, in two places: the Contact page and the footer on every page. Your Google listing says 9.

Getting it done

When something needs changing, say so. It becomes a job for our developers, and you can ask where it has got to.

What it does

  • Turns what you say into a job for our developers
  • Shows you the price before anything starts
  • Tells you where each job is up to
Get that fixed for me

Sent to the Wrev team as one job: update the opening hours on the Contact page and in the footer. You will get a price to approve first.

We need a booking form on the contact page

Raised as a request with what you have told me so far. A developer will reply in the thread with any questions and a price.

Where has my request got to?

The booking form is in progress. It was picked up this morning and is due to go live tomorrow.

Security

Locked down by design

The AI connects through a read-only link. No login, no write access, no way to edit, delete or publish. Every request is logged, the connection is yours to revoke in one click, and the hosting behind it is patched, backed up and monitored around the clock.

Read-only, enforced

The connection has no write access at all. Not a setting you switch on, a hard limit: there is nothing it could edit, delete or publish even if asked.

Every request logged

Your dashboard lists what your AI read and when. Nothing happens that you cannot see.

No passwords shared

The AI never gets a WordPress login. You connect your own AI account, your wp-admin stays exactly as it was, and you can disconnect in one click.

Changes go through people

When something needs changing, our developers change it, with a backup taken first. You get a fixed price before we start.

Made for the person who runs the business,
not the person who builds websites.

If you can send a message, you can use it. Setup and the technical side are our job.

FAQs

The ones everyone asks

Is it safe to let an AI near my website?

Yes. The connection can only read. It can look at your pages, products and traffic and nothing else, so there is nothing for it to get wrong. When something does need changing, our developers do it and you approve the price first. The AI never gets a WordPress login.

Do I have to move my hosting?

Yes. We host it, and that is how the rest works. We move it for you for free, with no downtime, and most sites end up faster than they were.

Which AI does it work with?

Claude and Grok work on any plan, including the free ones, and you can set Grok up on your phone. ChatGPT only allows this kind of connection on its Business, Enterprise and Edu plans at the moment. That is OpenAI’s rule, and we will let you know if it changes. Havn uses an open standard called MCP, so other AIs with connector support work as well. You connect your own account from the dashboard and can disconnect it any time.

So how does anything actually get changed?

By a person. Ask in the chat or in your dashboard and it becomes a development request. We send a fixed price, you say yes, our team does it. On Core you pay per job from £45. Pro includes an hour a month. Unlimited has no limit.

What happens to my email?

Nothing. We only move the website. Your email stays where it is and carries on as normal.

Can I still log in to WordPress normally?

Yes. wp-admin and your page builder are unchanged, and you can edit anything yourself whenever you want.

Does it work with WooCommerce?

Yes. Ask what sold last month, what is low on stock, or which products get viewed but not bought. The hosting is set up for WooCommerce. Changes to products or prices go to our developers as a request.

What if I cancel?

Your site is yours. Cancel anytime and we give you a full copy of the site and database, or move it to wherever you are going. No exit fees.

What is Havn by Wrev?

Wrev is for companies that want new things built every month. Havn is the same team and the same hosting for people who have a WordPress site, want it looked after, and want to ask it questions from Claude, Grok or ChatGPT.
